Community Connect
Community Connect is a People Arise Now initiative, which aims to regularly connect local businesses, voluntary organisations, residents, the council, police, and anyone else who wants to better the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
Once a month we will meet to discover available services, discuss issues, find solutions, and generally, become a closer, more efficient, community.

Mental Health Equity Group
Mental Health Equity is a steering group comprising of BAME led organisations and other mental health professionals in Hammersmith and Fulham. As a member of this group, we help address the concerns and issues specifically related to the mental health of Black, Asian, and minority residents.
